The 2nd International Conference of the Weed Science Society of Bangladesh was held on Saturday 11 April 2026 at ASA University Bangladesh, Shyamoli, Dhaka, on the theme Smart Weed Management Through Research and Education. It was jointly organised by WSSB and the University of Technology Sarawak (UTS), Malaysia.
The conference brought together researchers, academics, practitioners and students around integrated weed management, herbicide resistance, bioherbicides, precision and AI-based weed detection, and the reform of weed science curricula.
